Charcuterie Pizza

A classy twist on pizza that eats like an exceptional cheeseboard.

Ingredients

12" round pizza dough
5 oz fig spread
2 oz shredded Gruyère
4 oz shredded Bacio white cheddar
1 oz crumbled blue cheese
2 oz prosciutto, torn into strips
2 oz Genoa salami, thinly sliced or folded
1 oz salted mixed nuts, roughly chopped
1 oz praline pecans, halved or chopped
1 green apple, thinly sliced (6–7 oz whole) (baked)
1 oz fresh raspberries
1 oz fresh blackberries

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into your preferred shape, then place on prepared surface and brush the crust lightly with fig spread and sprinkle with flaky salt
  3. Add baked apple slices
  4. Sprinkle evenly with Gruyère and Bacio white cheddar
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for extra browning.

Post Bake

  1. Once out of the oven, let the pizza cool slightly (about 2 minutes).
  2. Layer on prosciutto, salami, chopped nuts, praline pecans.
  3. Arrange green apple slices, raspberries, and blackberries across the pizza
  4. Dot the surface with crumbled blue cheese
  5. Serve immediately
