Ingredients
Pizza
1 ea, 14 oz Dough ball
4 oz, Hoisin Sauce
8 oz, Bacio Whole Milk Cheese
3 oz, Fried Pork Belly
1 oz, Asian Slaw (see recipe)
Light drizzle, Sriracha Mayo (see recipe)
As needed, fresh cilantro leaves
Asian Slaw
1 ea, English Cucumber (thin half-moons)
1 ea, Large Carrot (julienne)
1 ea, Jalapeno (thin slices)
½ ea, Red Onion (julienne)
1/4 cup, Rice Wine Vinegar
TT, Salt and Pepper
Siriacha Mayo
1 cup, Kewpie Mayo
½ cup, Sriracha
TT, Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Pizza

Hand stretch the dough ball to 14” or other desired size

Sauce the dough with Hoisin
-
Top the sauced area with 7 oz of cheese

Top the cheesed area with bite sized pieces of pork belly

Bake the pizza to desired doneness

Once baked, finish the pizza with the Asian slaw, Sriracha Mayo, and fresh cilantro
Asian Slaw

Cut all the veg into desired size and shape

Dress with vinegar and season with salt and pepper

Let slaw sit dressed well in advance prior to garnishing on pizza
Siriacha Mayo

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Store sauce in a squeeze bottle.
