Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
½ cup marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded Bacio cheese
½ cup mini pepperoni (or chopped pepperoni)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking spray or olive oil
Optional toppings
Cooked Italian sausage
Diced peppers or onions
Red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Grease a 12-cup muffin pan

Roll pizza dough into about a 12 × 16 inch rectangle

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough

Sprinkle with Bacio cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning

Roll it up. Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a tight log (like cinnamon rolls)

Cut the log into 12 equal pieces

Place in muffin pan

Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle a little extra Bacio cheese on top.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling
