Ingredients

12" thin crust dough
3-4oz chunky salsa
4-5 oz shredded Bacio cheese
4 large eggs, lightly scrambled (¾ cooked, still slightly runny)
1 oz cooked spinach
2 oz avocado, sliced or diced (1/2 medium)
2 oz roasted green peppers, sliced
1.75 oz caramelized onion, thinly sliced (1/2 small onion)
3 oz cooked bacon, broken into pieces (6 slices cooked)
2 oz sour cream, for drizzling

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round
  3. Spread on chunky salsa
  4. Spread Bacio evenly over the dough. Scatter spinach, roasted green peppers, and onion slices on top.
  5. Add scrambled eggs (still slightly runny) evenly over the pizza, then sprinkle with bacon pieces.
  6. Put pizza to the oven for 10-12 minutes, until eggs are cooked and cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove pizza from oven. Top with avocado slices. Drizzle with thinned sour cream (add lime juice)
  8. Serve warm
