Napolese Pizza Fritta

Ingredients

1 Neapolitan dough
4 oz. white sauce
9 oz. Bacio Sharp Provolone Blend
2 oz. caramelized red onion
2 oz. bacon, cooked

Post-baked Garnish
1 tb. chives, chopped

Instructions
  1. Stretch dough to a 14” diameter.
  2. Immerse dough in 37-degree oil, and cook until lightly browned; remove from oil and let drain.
  3. Spread sauce over the fried pizza.
  4. Top with 9 oz. of Bacio Sharp Provolone Blend.
  5. Evenly distribute bacon over top of pizza.
  6. Bake and enjoy!
